Non-Duality and The Direct Path

Non-duality is at the core of all mystical traditions, which themselves are often the core of most religion and philosophy. Unlike traditions, non-duality is a singularity, a point of no return where one realizes their true nature. It is not a dogma or creed or practice, but an infinite knowing that we can return to.

Many people experience themselves as a localization moving through space and time with desires and fears, which bring about suffering. The non-dual understanding occurs when this local point of view is reduced in an ineffable glimpse of the eternity and infinitude that contains all phenomenal experience. Sometimes this glimpse happens spontaneously. Other times it occurs through spiritual practices.

TMA teaches different practices to support this realization. Some are progressive methods, such as using the tarot cards and the Qabalistic Tree of Life as a symbolic bridge into the infinite. Others are more direct, like self-inquiry and the "Inside Out Meditations".

Unlike other programs at TMA, this set of content and practices are not concerned with personal growth or self-awareness. Rather, it is the threshold out of the personal self and into the eternal observer where all peace resides.
